Jora Malaysia is seeking an HR & Talent Acquisition professional to develop recruitment strategies aligned with growth and manpower planning. You will source and engage candidates across portals, social media, agencies, campus outreach, and referrals.
You will screen and interview candidates, coordinate offers, onboarding, and related HR administration, while maintaining accurate, confidential records and supporting lifecycle activities like probation, transfers, and offboarding.

Develop effective recruitment strategies to attract suitable talent in line with the company’s growth and manpower planning.
Source and engage candidates through multiple channels such as job portals, social media platforms, recruitment agencies, campus outreach, and employee referrals.
Coordinate and conduct initial candidate screenings and interview arrangements
Prepare and submit monthly recruitment reports
Handle recruitment administration processes, including offer letters, appointment letters, medical check-ups, and employee document collection.
Manage onboarding arrangements for new hires, including orientation schedules and coordination with relevant departments.
Maintain and update recruitment databases, employee records, and HR documentation with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.
Support employee lifecycle activities including confirmation, probation tracking, transfers, resignations, and offboarding processes.
Prepare and manage HR-related documentation such as confirmation letters, warning letters, disciplinary letters, and other employment-related correspondence.
Assist in maintaining positive employee relations by providing basic HR support and guidance to employees and supervisors.
Organize and conduct internal company activities such as staff training, employee engagement programs, team‑building activities, and annual events.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in HR or Talent Acquisition, preferably with strong recruitment exposure.
Proven experience in managing end-to-end recruitment processes and handling multiple hiring positions simultaneously.
Familiar with recruitment platforms, sourcing strategies, and interview coordination processes.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Well‑organized, resourceful, independent, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
Good problem‑solving skills with the ability to handle confidential information professionally.
