Job summary

Ansell is seeking an Intern, HR & Employee Experience to join our Cyberjaya, Selangor team. You will gain hands-on exposure to a broad range of HR and employee experience activities, supporting engagement initiatives, internal communications, learning, and day-to-day coordination in a dynamic environment.

You will work with a diverse, international team and participate in site-level and regional HR initiatives while developing practical skills in events, budgeting and stakeholder coordination.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Psychology, Communications, or a related discipline.
• Previous involvement in university events, clubs, societies or student activities is an advantage.
• Experience in event planning, logistics, budgeting, vendor coordination, and projects is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Support employee engagement, wellness, CSR and festive activities.
• Assist GPTW initiatives and internal communications.
• Plan and coordinate employee events and promotional communications.
• Coordinate with vendors, process invoices and track budgets.
• Support training, learning and development activities and administration.
• Assist with HR systems, data management, reporting and records.
