Materialise Kuala Lumpur invites you to join our HR Operations Intern program. You’ll gain hands-on exposure to employee lifecycle management, onboarding/offboarding, records, payroll-related documentation, and HR initiatives in a multinational setting.

Expect to work closely with the HR team, handle confidential information with discretion, and contribute to process improvements while developing a career in Human Resources.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a diploma or bachelor’s degree in HRM, business, psychology or related field.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
• Good written and verbal communication in English; able to handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day HR operations, including records management and administrative tasks.
• Assist onboarding and offboarding with employment contracts and HR letters.
• Maintain up-to-date HR databases, reports and trackers.
• Support employee lifecycle activities including hires, confirmations, transfers and exits.
• Assist with benefits, payroll-related documents, and other HR processes.
• Help organize employee engagement activities and internal events.
• Contribute to HR process improvements and ad hoc tasks.
