SummitNext Technologies Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an HR Intern to support our HR team in Sungai Petani.

You will gain hands-on experience in human resource operations and administration within a BPO and technology solutions environment. Qualifications include pursuing a Diploma or Degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields, and strong English and Malay communication. Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields.
• Good communication skills in English and Malay.
• Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
• Willing to learn and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office / Google Workspace).

Responsibilities

• HR Administration: assist in maintaining and updating employee records and HR databases; support onboarding documentation and internal HR processes; organize and manage HR files.
• Employee Engagement Support: assist in organizing internal activities, engagement programs, and team initiatives; prepare materials for internal communications and events.
• HR Operations Support: assist with preparation of HR reports, trackers, and admin documentation; support day-to-day tasks and coordination with departments; ensure documents follow policies.
• General Administrative Support: prepare letters, forms, and internal documentation; assist data entry and updating HR trackers; provide general HR support as needed.
