Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in HRM, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–3 years HR experience, preferably with foreign worker management.
• Familiar with Malaysian labour laws and foreign worker procedures.
• Good communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily HR operations, employee records and HR documentation.
• Handle recruitment activities: job postings, resume screening, and interview arrangements.
• Oversee foreign worker administration: permits, passes, renewals.
• Coordinate foreign worker recruitment, onboarding, accommodation and welfare.
• Monitor permit expiry dates and ensure timely renewals.
• Liaise with government departments, agencies and service providers on foreign worker matters.
• Ensure compliance with Malaysian labour laws and immigration regulations.
• Assist with payroll preparation, attendance, leave records and employee benefits.
• Handle employee relations, grievances and disciplinary matters.
• Manage onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
