Job summary

Hirehub Management Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a payroll professional in Malaysia to manage monthly payroll and statutory submissions. You will maintain payroll records, prepare payslips, and handle employee inquiries related to payroll and statutory contributions.

The role requires 2–4 years of payroll/HR operations experience, with hands-on knowledge of Malaysian statutory requirements and HRIS/payroll systems. Proficiency in Excel and independent work are valued traits.

• Hands‑on experience with Malaysian payroll and statutory requirements
• Familiar with EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB/MTD and HRD Corp
• Experience with HRIS/payroll systems and Microsoft Excel
• Diploma/Degree in HR, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or related field.

Responsibilities

• Process monthly payroll, including salary, overtime, allowances, claims and deductions.
• Handle statutory submissions including EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB/MTD and HRD Corp.
• Maintain accurate employee payroll, attendance, leave and personal records.
• Verify payroll inputs and prepare payroll reports, payslips and related documentation.
• Handle employee enquiries regarding payroll, statutory contributions and related matters.
• Assist with employee onboarding, offboarding and final salary calculations.
• Ensure compliance with Malaysian employment and statutory requirements.
• Support HRIS/payroll system updates, HR reporting and other HR-related projects.

Location: Senai, Johor

Working Hours: Mon - Fri (9:00AM - 6:00PM)

Salary Range: RM3,000 - 5,000
