Job summary

Hirehub Group, a leading manufacturer of prefabricated modular data center solutions, seeks an HR/Payroll Executive to manage monthly payroll, statutory submissions, attendance and records.

You will ensure EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB/MTD compliance, support onboarding/offboarding and HRIS/payroll system updates, and handle payroll queries while maintaining confidentiality and meeting strict deadlines. Working hours: Mon-Fri 9:00AM-6:00PM.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in payroll and HR operations.
• Hands-on experience with Malaysian payroll and statutory requirements.
• Familiar with EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB/MTD and HRD Corp.
• Experience with HRIS/payroll systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong numerical skills, attention to detail and confidentiality.
• Good communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and meet strict payroll deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage monthly payroll processing, including salary, overtime, allowances, claims and deductions.
• Handle statutory submissions including EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB/MTD and HRD Corp.
• Maintain accurate employee payroll, attendance and leave and personal records.
• Verify payroll inputs and prepare payroll reports, payslips and related documentation.
• Handle employee enquiries regarding payroll, statutory contributions and related matters.
• Assist with employee onboarding, offboarding and final salary calculations.
• Ensure compliance with Malaysian employment and statutory requirements.
• Support HRIS/payroll system updates, HR reporting and other HR-related projects.
