Job summary

Hirehub Group in Malaysia seeks a diligent payroll and HR operations professional to manage monthly payroll, statutory submissions, and employee records. You will ensure accurate payroll processing and maintain confidential data with precision.

The role requires a Diploma/Degree in HR/BA/Accounting/Finance or related field, 2–4 years of payroll/HR ops experience, and strong Excel skills. You will work Mon–Fri, 9:00AM–6:00PM, and support onboarding, offboarding and HR reporting.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in HR/BA/Accounting/Finance or related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in payroll and HR operations preferred.
• Hands-on experience with Malaysian payroll and statutory requirements.
• Familiar with EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB/MTD and HRD Corp.
• Experience with HRIS/payroll systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong numerical skills, attention to detail and confidentiality.
• Good communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and meet strict payroll deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Handle employee enquiries regarding payroll, statutory contributions and related matters.
• Assist with employee onboarding, offboarding and final salary calculations.
• Ensure compliance with Malaysian employment and statutory requirements.
• Support HRIS/payroll system updates, HR reporting and other HR-related projects.
