Job summary

Hirehub Management Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Payroll/HR Operations professional in Iskandar Puteri. You will manage monthly payroll, ensure statutory compliance, and maintain accurate records across payroll and HR systems.

The role requires 2–4 years of payroll/HR experience and hands-on knowledge of Malaysian payroll laws and statutory submissions. The position is based in Iskandar Puteri with standard working hours.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in HR, business admin, accounting, finance, or related field.
• 2–4 years of payroll/HR operations experience preferred.
• Hands-on with Malaysian payroll and statutory requirements (EPF/SOCSO/EIS/PCB/HRD Corp).

Responsibilities

• Manage monthly payroll processing, including salary, overtime, allowances, claims and deductions.
• Handle statutory submissions including EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB/MTD and HRD Corp.
• Maintain accurate employee payroll, attendance, leave and personal records.
• Verify payroll inputs and prepare payroll reports, payslips and related documentation.
• Handle employee enquiries regarding payroll, statutory contributions and related matters.
• Assist with employee onboarding, offboarding and final salary calculations.
• Ensure compliance with Malaysian employment and statutory requirements.
• Support HRIS/payroll system updates, HR reporting and other HR-related projects.

JobRequirements
