Hirehub Group in Malaysia is seeking a Payroll & HR Operations professional to manage monthly payroll, attendance, leave, and records in Iskandar Puteri, Johor. You will handle statutory submissions and payroll reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations.

Required is a Diploma/Degree in HR/BA/Accounting with 2–4 years' payroll experience and strong numerical, communication, and confidentiality skills, able to meet tight deadlines.

Competenze

• Diploma/Degree in HR, BA, Accounting, Finance or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in payroll and HR operations.
• Hands-on experience with Malaysian payroll and statutory requirements.
• Experience with HRIS/payroll systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong numerical skills, attention to detail and confidentiality.
• Good communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and meet strict payroll deadlines.

• Experience with HRIS/payroll systems and Microsoft Excel.

Location: Iskandar Puteri, Johor

Working Hours: Mon - Fri (9:00AM - 6:00PM)

Salary Range: RM3,000 - 5,000
