Job summary

Syarikat Sin Kwang Plastic Industries Sdn. Bhd. - Batu Pahat is seeking an HR Officer to support payroll processing, leave management, and employee data updates in our Flex System.

The role involves preparing employment contracts, guiding new hires, and coordinating recruitment activities. You will handle onboarding, ensure accurate staff movement records, and contribute to the monthly payroll and statutory contributions remittance.

Responsibilities

• Assist in payroll preparation by entry relevant data into Flex System (employee information, ot, leaves, etc)
• Manage leave management system and ensure staff leave applications are updated accurately.
• Updating of employee particulars in system and ensure staff movement are captured accurately.
• Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts and new hire guides.
• Ensure timely and accurate monthly payroll processing & remittance of all statutory contribution.
• Involved in recruitment and staffing activities
• Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews
• Conduct initial orientation training to newly hired employees
• Arrange new employee for open bank account
