Responsibilities

• Recruitment Support - Help post job ads, arrange interviews, and contact candidates.
• Employee Records - Keep employee files updated and organized.
• Onboarding & Offboarding - Prepare documents and support new joiners and leavers.
• Attendance & Leave - Track staff attendance and leave records.
• Allowances & Salaries - Assist in compiling data for monthly allowances and worker salaries.
• Admin Tasks - Prepare HR letters, handle claims, and support daily HR tasks.
• Staff Activities - Help organize staff events and training sessions
