Job summary

Flex is a diversified manufacturing partner of choice that helps market-leading brands design, build and deliver innovative products. The HR Assistant role is based in Malaysia and reports to the HR Manager.

You will support senior HR professionals in developing and deploying HR programs, manage onboarding, employee records, and the employee life cycle, while partnering with managers and staff to sustain our culture and sustainable practices.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or above in HR or related field required.
• 2-4 years HR experience preferred.
• Protect and maintain data privacy.
• Proficient with MS Office.
• Basic and advanced functional process knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Support employee life cycle activities with managers and employees.
• Assist with culture initiatives and Ways of Working.
• Coordinate local HR with global Centers of Excellence.
• Support local sustainability initiatives and events.
• Prepare HR data and employee records in HR systems.
• Assist in compensation, benefits, recruitment, training, and employee relations.
• Liaise between managers, supervisors and associates on policies.
• Support implementation of company-wide HR policies.
• Provide clerical support to the HR department.
