Job summary

Flextronics - The Flex Company in Malaysia is seeking an HR Assistant to support the employee life cycle, onboarding, and HR program deployment. You will work with managers and staff to uphold HR processes and regional initiatives.

The role involves coordinating with HR Centers of Excellence, contributing to sustainability activities, and maintaining HR records in systems. Prior HR experience and strong MS Office skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or above in Human Resources or related field.
• 1-2 years of HR Assistant experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to protect and maintain data privacy.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• May require minimal functional process knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Hold up the employee life cycle activities with managers and employees, including onboarding, orientation, annual reflection, merit, and exits.
• Assist with Flex Culture and Ways of Working and Business Experiences.
• Coordinate with HR Centers of Excellence on local initiatives.
• Support Sustainability initiatives and local events.
• Prepare HR data in systems and maintain employee records and documentation.
• Assist in administering compensation, benefits, recruitment, training, and employee relations programs.
• Liaise between managers, directors, and staff on policies and procedures.
