HR Assistant role based in Malaysia, supporting onboarding, employee records, and policy execution while collaborating with managers and HR teams.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or above in Human Resources or related field.
• Prior HR related experience preferred.
• Typically requires 2-4 years’ experience in HR.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsabilités

• Handle employee life cycle activities with managers and staff, including onboarding and exits.
• Assist with Flex Culture and Ways of Working initiatives.
• Coordinate with HR Centers of Excellence on local initiatives.
