• Assist with onboarding, new employee orientation, annual reflections, merit reviews, and exits.
• Support Flex culture, Ways of Working, and business experiences.
• Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence on local initiatives.
• Participate in sustainability events and activities at the local site.
• Prepare HR data and employee records in HR systems and documentation.
• Coordinate compensation, benefits, recruitment, training, and employee relations with supervision.
