Job summary

You will work with managers and staff to implement onboarding, orientation, performance reviews, merit processes, and separations.

Ideal candidates hold an associate degree or higher in HR, have 2–4 years of HR experience, and demonstrate strong data privacy skills along with proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with onboarding, orientation, and exit processes.

• Coordinate compensation, benefits, and training under supervision.

• Liaise with managers and staff on HR policies and procedures.
