Flex in Malaysia is seeking an HR Assistant to support the development, deployment, and continuous improvement of HR programs. You will partner with managers and employees to manage the full employee life cycle from onboarding to exits.

The role requires 1–2 years of HR Assistant experience, an Associates degree in HR, and proficiency with MS Office. You will work under supervision within the HR team and contribute to diversity, inclusion, and sustainability efforts.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or above in Human Resources or related field required.
• Prior HR related experience preferred.
• Typically requires 1-2 years’ experience as HR Assistant.
• Demonstrated ability to protect and maintain data privacy.
• May require minimal functional process knowledge.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Demonstrates basic functional process knowledge.

Responsabilités

• Hold up the employee life cycle activities with managers and employees, including onboarding, new employee orientation, annual reflection, merit, separation process and exits.
• Assist with Flex Culture, Ways of Working and Business Experiences.
• Coordinate with HR Centers of Excellence on global initiatives at local level.
• Support sustainability initiatives and events locally.
• Prepare HR and employee information in HR systems and maintain records.
