Qualifications

• 1+ years HR administrative or support experience; fresh graduates welcomed.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR management systems.
• Attention to detail and confidentiality.
• Familiarity with Malaysian employment laws desirable.
• Proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving.
• Willingness to learn and develop HR knowledge and skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the HR department, including correspondence, scheduling, and records management.
• Assist with recruitment: postings, screening, interviews, onboarding.
• Process employee paperwork: leave, expenses, contracts.
• Maintain employee databases in compliance with data protection regulations.
• Coordinate employee development programs, training sessions, and events.
• Prepare HR reports and documentation for management review.
• Handle employee inquiries and HR information requests.
• Support payroll administration and benefits tasks as required.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and communication to employees.
