Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma / Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Good organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia and English.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing day-to-day HR operations and administrative activities.
• Assist with the full recruitment process, including job posting, candidate screening, shortlisting, interview arrangements, and follow-up on interview outcomes.
• Assist in monthly payroll preparation and ensure payroll information and employee records are accurate and up to date.
• Support new employee onboarding, orientation, confirmation, and preparation of related HR documents.
• Assist in processing employee movements, including confirmation, promotion, salary adjustments, performance appraisal, and offboarding.
• Assist in handling employee relations matters, including disciplinary issues, grievances, and other employee concerns.
• Assist in managing foreign worker-related matters, including work permit applications and renewals, medical examinations, documentation, accommodation arrangements, and liaison with relevant authorities or agencies.
• Assist with HR projects, employee engagement activities, training coordination, and other HR initiatives as assigned.
• Ensure all employee records, HR documentation, and personnel files are properly maintained and up to date.
