Haitian Machinery (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an HR Assistant based in Senai, Johor, to join our Human Resources team. This full-time role offers hands-on experience in recruitment, employee relations and HR administration within a growing machinery company.

As an HR Assistant, you will support job postings, screening, onboarding, documentation, and data entry while maintaining confidentiality and supporting HR projects. The ideal candidate has a relevant degree and 0–2 years of experience.

Qualifications

• Degree in HR, business administration, psychology or related field.
• 0–2 years of relevant experience.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Confidentiality and professional handling of information.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the recruitment process: job postings, screening CVs, scheduling interviews, liaising with candidates.
• Prepare and distribute HR documentation, policies and employee handbooks.
• Coordinate onboarding activities and orientation for new hires.
• Provide administrative support: data entry, filing and record-keeping.
• Assist with employee relations matters and queries.
