KLK OLEO Sdn Bhd is seeking a Human Resources Assistant to support daily HR operations at our Klang site. You will administer time attendance, door access, and canteen subsidies, and assist with payroll-related checks.

Responsibilities include follow-up on staff sickness/accidents, SOCSO and insurance claims, and updating leave records for non-executive staff, while coordinating recruitment, training, welfare events, and general admin tasks.

Qualifications

• Diploma or certificate in Business Administration or equivalent.
• Min. 1 year working experience in HR/ administrative functions or fresh graduates welcome to apply.

Responsabilités

• Administer staff time attendance system, doors access system and canteen subsidy system.
• Follow up on staff medical sickness/ accident hospitalization visits and managing staff SOCSO and insurance claim process.
• Assist in staff attendance and overtime checking for monthly payroll processing.
• Assist HR/admin functions: general affairs, workers welfare events, coordinating training and recruitment activities.
• Assist and update non-executive staff leave records and handle leave balance inquiries.

Formation

Diploma / certificate in Business Administration or equivalent

REQUIREMENTS :

Candidates must possess a least Diploma / certificate in Business Administration or equivalent.

Min. 1 years working experience preferable in HR/ administrative functions or Fresh Graduate also welcome to apply.
