Job summary

KL-Kepong Oleomas Sdn Bhd is seeking a Compensation & Benefits Executive to oversee payroll accuracy, attendance tracking, and statutory compliance.

You will administer benefits, manage staff changes, assist the HR Manager, and support recruitment and induction activities as needed.

This role is based at our Klang facility in Malaysia and requires a degree in HR and 5 years' payroll experience, preferably in manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Human Resource Management or related field.
• 5 years experience in HR payroll administration, preferably in manufacturing.
• Experience with Boss i-net Solutions software.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll for management and non-management staff.
• Monitor attendance and implement leave management.
• Administer insurance and staff compensation/benefits schemes.
• Process changes of status (transfer, promotion, resignation) and issue related letters.
• Support recruitment, induction and general HR administrative tasks.
• Ensure compliance with government statutory requirements and timely reports.

Job description

Responsible for Company overall payroll functions for both Management and Non-Management staff to ensure payroll accuracy and compliance to local laws requirements. Adhere to government statutory compliance and update statutory reports on time.

To administrate other HR functions i.e.: employees’ attendance monitoring, leave management system, insurance scheme, employees compensation and benefits scheme, performance appraisal and assist HR Manager in other HR related matters.

To administer staff compensation and benefits; which include attendance incentive, medical expenses, incentive and allowances.

To handle staff change of status i.e.: transfer, promotion, resignation and prepare related letters and announcement.

To administer staff social welfare and benefits; such as company vehicle loan/ insurance scheme and staff welfare allowances or loan assistance scheme.

To assist in other HR functions i.e. career fair, recruitment activities, induction and personnel administrative jobs from time to time when needed.

To perform any other duties as directed by superior from time to time.

Job Requirements :

Degree/Diploma in Human Resource Management or related areas.

5 years experiences in HR payroll administration, preferably in manufacturing environment

Experience in Boss i-net Solutions software
