Job summary

Pusat Perubatan Menara Sdn Bhd is seeking an HR professional in Bayan Lepas, Penang to manage the full spectrum of HR functions and daily operations. You will ensure accurate HR and payroll records, process claims, and support recruitment.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or Degree in HR Management, fresh graduates are welcome, and knowledge of Malaysia Labour Law is advantageous. Strong computer skills, willingness to travel and relocate are required.

• Responsible for the full spectrum of HR functions and daily HR operational matters.
• Ensure prompt and accurate updates and maintenance of HR and payroll records.
• Process and submit employee claims.
• Handle manpower recruitment activities.
• Maintain the integrity and confidentiality of all HR files and records.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.
