The HR Assistant plays a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the office. This role is responsible for managing daily administrative tasks, coordinating office activities, and supporting management and staff to achieve organizational goals. The HR Assistant ensures compliance with company policies, maintains accurate records, and provides timely communication across departments.
Deliver efficient administrative support to management and staff.
Maintain organized systems for documentation, scheduling, and reporting.
Facilitate effective communication and coordination within the office.
Contribute to a positive and professional workplace environment.
Oversee office facilities, upkeep, and general maintenance matters to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
Monitor office equipment, stationery, and supplies to maintain adequate stock levels at all times.
Maintain proper, systematic, and up-to-date filing systems and documentation.
Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of company activities and events, including team lunches, team sports, and other internal team-building initiatives.
Perform general administrative duties and any other tasks as assigned by Management from time to time.
Minimum 1–2 years of working experience as an Admin Executive or in a similar administrative role.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
Willing to learn and able to adapt quickly to new tasks and responsibilities.
Self-disciplined, proactive, and highly motivated.
Strong multitasking ability and capable of filling operational gaps when required.
Positive working attitude with a strong sense of responsibility.
Good organizational, time management, and negotiation skills.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision and communicate effectively with internal and external parties.
Able to communicate in English, Mandarin and Malay.
