FULLSPEED DIGITAL SDN. BHD. in Kuala Lumpur seeks an HR-Admin-Finance lead to independently manage HR, admin and day-to-day finance, ensuring compliance with Malaysian labour laws. This hands-on role fits proactive, multi-skilled professionals in a fast-paced agency setting.
You will own end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, payroll, leave and attendance, vendor management, and SOP updates while coordinating office operations and staff activities in KL.
As the sole HR-Admin-Finance lead for the Kuala Lumpur branch, you will act as a core pillar for local operations. You will independently take full charge of human resources, office administration and day-to-day finance functions, ensuring full compliance with Malaysia's labour laws and statutory requirements. This is a hands‑on, multi‑functional role ideal for proactive all‑round talents who can work efficiently within the fast‑paced agency environment.
A. Human Resource Management
‑ Own end‑to‑end recruitment for local‑market roles: job posting, candidate sourcing, resume screening, interview coordination and offer preparation
‑ Manage employee on‑boarding and off‑boarding: draft employment contracts, deliver onboarding training, maintain employee profiles and HR‑related documentation
‑ Conduct monthly payroll calculation to guarantee accurate and timely salary disbursement
‑ Administer leave, attendance and expense‑claim workflows (annual leave, sick leave, maternity / paternity leave, etc.); maintain employee relations, respond to staff enquiries and support performance‑management processes
‑ Ensure full compliance with Malaysia’s Employment Act 1955, EPF, SOCSO, EIS and HRDF statutory requirements
‑ Update and implement local HR policies, employee handbook and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
B. Office Administration
‑ Oversee day‑to‑day office operations: stationery procurement, equipment maintenance, vendor management and workplace upkeep; ensure the office complies with local safety, health and regulatory standards
‑ Manage office tenancy, utility bills, telecommunication and other recurring payments; conduct company asset stock‑taking and oversee IT‑equipment procurement
‑ Coordinate company events, team‑building activities and festive celebrations
‑ Arrange staff travel arrangements, visa applications and work‑pass renewals
‑ Support business teams with client‑meeting coordination, reception and ad‑hoc administrative tasks
‑ Diploma or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or related disciplines
‑ Minimum 3years of combined working experience covering human resources, administration and finance
‑ Working experience within advertising agencies, creative houses or digital‑marketing firms is highly preferred
‑ Solid practical knowledge of Malaysia’s Employment Act 1955, EPF, SOCSO, EIS and end‑to‑end payroll workflows
‑ Proficient in finance software (QuickBooks, Xero, AutoCount etc.) and MS Office suite (Excel, Word,PowerPoint)
‑ Candidates with working proficiency in English, Mandarin plus basic Bahasa Malaysia are preferred
