As we continue to grow, we are seeking a hands-on, proactive Senior HR Executive to manage our full-spectrum HR functions and help us build a stronger organization.
Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end hiring process from job postings, sourcing, and screening to interviewing, job offers, and onboarding.
Payroll & Statutory Management: Oversee timely and accurate monthly payroll processing and manage all statutory compliance (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, LHDN).
Foreign Worker Management: Handle all aspects of foreign worker administration, including work permit applications, renewals, FOMEMA, cancellations, and repatriation.
Government Liaison: Deal directly with government bodies and statutory agencies (such as JTK and the Immigration Department), including traveling off-site for physical submissions and audits when required.
Employee Relations & Compliance: Manage employee grievances, handle misconduct investigations, issue disciplinary letters, and ensure all HR practices strictly align with the Malaysia Employment Act.
HR Administration: Maintain precise up-to-date employee databases, prepare formal contracts/letters, and assist in performance appraisal cycles and training coordination.
Minimum 3 years of full-spectrum HR experience. Prior HR experience in the manufacturing industry is a strong added advantage.
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Well-versed in the Malaysia Employment Act and foreign worker management.
Highly organized multitasking professional with a proactive mindset and a strong sense of ownership.
Fluency in written and spoken English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin (to effectively communicate across all internal levels and handle documentation).
Possess own transport and a valid driving license (required for visiting government offices/agencies when needed).
