Job summary

Private Advertiser in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an Executive, Reward & HR Operations (HR Analytics) who enjoys data, problem solving and process improvement. The role will initially focus on payroll processing and day-to-day HR operations, with opportunities to develop skills in HR systems, data analysis and process improvement.

We welcome candidates from HR, IT, Engineering, Finance, Business Analytics and related backgrounds.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, IT, engineering, finance or analytics.
• 1–3 years of working experience encouraged; diverse backgrounds welcome.
• Willing to undertake hands-on payroll processing and HR operations as initial focus.
• Strong interest in data analysis, logical thinking, problem-solving and continuous learning.
• Proficiency in Excel; knowledge of HR systems or Power BI is a plus; knowledge of Malaysian payroll and labour laws preferred.

Responsibilities

• Payroll Administration: Process monthly payroll for Executive level and above; verify payroll for Non-Executive staff; ensure statutory contributions are paid.
• HR Administration & Operations: Prepare employment letters; maintain confidential records; handle HR inquiries; prepare headcount and cost reports.
• HR Policies & Employee Support: Assist in reviewing/maintaining HR policies; provide guidance on HR matters; ensure compliance with labour laws.
• Employee Benefits: Administer medical benefits and insurance; support SOCSO claims and renewal exercises.
• Rewards & Reporting: Support annual salary reviews and bonus exercises; prepare HR reports for management and authorities.
• HR Systems & Process Improvement: Support HR system enhancements; analyze data; identify trends; propose improvements and automation opportunities.
