Job summary

Private Advertiser, a Sarawak-based telecommunications infrastructure company, seeks an experienced HR leader to oversee the full HR function and drive organizational development. The role focuses on remuneration strategies, payroll accuracy, and policy compliance to support business growth.

You will partner with management to implement workforce planning and leadership development, while driving HRIS improvements and employee relations across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HRM / related field.
• 8–10 years HR experience with at least 5 in leadership/management.
• Experience in telecom/IT infra environments is valued.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee full HR function, including capability building and succession planning.
• Partner with management on workforce planning and organisational development.
• Develop and implement remuneration and rewards strategies and salary structures.
• Oversee payroll cycle, compliance and reporting.
• Ensure HR policies comply with labour laws and company policies.
• Drive HR process improvements and HRIS enhancements.
