Village Grocer is seeking an HR Administrator for our Malaysia outlets to handle onboarding, maintain attendance and leave records, prepare payroll documents, and process personnel actions in coordination with Head Office HR. You will ensure proper dress code compliance, administer deductions, and assist in learning and engagement programs.

Preparing or updating employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting, and terminating in outlet Conducting onboarding session for new joiners in Outlet and ensuring they are properly assigned to their departments.
Ensuring new hire paperwork is completed and processed hence submitted to Head Office.
Prepare, calculate, record and time attendance, leave records and other supporting documents for new and existing staffs for payroll purposes or as when necessary according to direction from Management and/or Head Office HR Department and maintain proper records.
Addressing any disciplinary issues, such as attendance, work complaints and harassment allegations to Area Manager, Store Manager and/or Head Office HR Department and maintain proper record.
Processing all personnel action forms and records with proper approval and records.
To ensure every personnel in Outlets dressing up appropriately as per Company’s guideline and adhering to all regulations.
To ensure proper records and collection of monies (hostel deductions, uniform deposit, cashier shortages etc) as when necessary.
Assist to coordinate and involve in any learning and development programmed for self and Outlet.
Assist to coordinate and involve in any engagement programs and other employee relations work.
Willing to work 6 days per week (Mon-Sat)
