Job summary

Sport Planet Warehouse Outlet Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Human Resources and Administration Manager to lead daily HR operations in our Kuala Lumpur office. You will manage benefits, compensation, employee relations, and performance processes while driving recruitment and induction programs.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in HR or related field, at least 5 years in HR management, and strong English and Mandarin communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Min 5 years of experience in HR management.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in HR software and systems (ATS and HRIS).
• Fluent in both spoken and written English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with the Mandarin-speaking Managing Director.

• Administers employees’ benefits and compensations.
• Conduct performance appraisal briefing/training, coordinates the appraisal exercise.

• Assists in shortlisting of candidate exercises. Actively provides opinions on candidate selections.
• Act as the first contact point for new employees. Plans, coordinates, and conducts new employee’s induction program with the managers concerned.
• Act as facilitator in planning and implementing training and development program with the respective heads of department for employees under their charge.

Job Requirements
