UQPAY SDN. BHD. in Malaysia is seeking a hands-on HR & Admin professional to manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations across the organization.
You will coordinate interviews, handle probation follow-ups, assist with payroll data, and ensure compliance with Malaysian Labour Law while supporting procurement and vendor coordination.
Recruitment: Post job vacancies, screen resumes, coordinate interview invitations and schedules, process onboarding procedures (including employee file establishment and labor contract signing), conduct probation period follow-ups, and organize confirmation assessments.
Employee Relations Management: Organize new employee orientation training, maintain daily employee communication channels, address employee inquiries regarding attendance and benefits, and assist in processing resignation procedures and exit interview.
Compensation, Benefits & Compliance: Track employee attendance records, assist in compiling basic data for monthly payroll calculation; handle the registration, modification, and cancellation of employees' EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and other social security and provident fund matters in accordance with Malaysian Labor Law to ensure compliance.
(II) Admin Responsibilities
Assist in coordinating employee welfare activities (e.g., festival gift distribution, team-building event planning);
Supports day-to-day procurement operations, vendor coordination, and purchasing documentation to ensure seamless organizational workflows.
Job Requirements
College diploma or above; priority given to candidates with majors in Human Resource Management, Administration Management, Business Administration, or other related fields.
1–3 years of relevant HR & Admin work experience in Malaysia.
Familiar with relevant provisions of Malaysian Labor Law and capable of independently handling basic HR compliance matters.
Possess basic recruitment skills, including efficient resume screening, interview process coordination, and experience in independently following up with probationary employees.
Proficient in using office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
