Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR management or related field.
• Minimum 1 year hands-on payroll and foreign worker management experience in Malaysia.
• Proficiency in HRIS software (e.g., HR2000) and Microsoft Office (Excel & Word).
• Knowledge of Employment Act 1955 and Sabah Labour Ordinance; English & Malay proficiency mandatory.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end payroll processing and financial reconciliations in HR2000.
• Administer passes, permits, and certifications for foreign workers.
• Manage complete onboarding experiences for new hires.
• Assist Group HR Project teams on employee experience and benefits initiatives.
• Ensure HR practices comply with the Employment Act 1955.
