Qualifications

• Diploma in HRM/Business Admin/Management or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of working experience in healthcare or hospitality preferred.
• Familiar with Malaysian labour laws and HR practices.
• Proactive, responsible and able to handle confidential information.
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment activities, including candidate screening and interview coordination.
• Assist in monthly payroll preparation and statutory submissions.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation.
• Coordinate and organize employee training programmes and monitor participation.
• Maintain accurate HR databases and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Perform other HR tasks as required by Management.
