Jora Malaysia is seeking motivated housekeeping staff to maintain clean and welcoming guest rooms and public areas in line with hotel standards.
You will perform bed making, linen replenishment, cleaning, waste disposal, and respond to guest requests, with attention to detail and safety.
Fresh candidates welcome; Bahasa Malaysia or English communication required; shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Clean and service assigned guest rooms and public areas according to hotel standards;
Make beds, replace linens, towels, and replenish guest amenities;
Vacuum, sweep, mop, dust, and sanitize assigned areas;
Collect and dispose of rubbish and transport used linens to designated areas;
Restock housekeeping trolleys with linens, amenities, and cleaning supplies;
Report maintenance issues, damaged items, and safety hazards to the supervisor;
Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests;
Handle lost and found items in accordance with resort procedures;
Ensure proper use and storage of cleaning equipment and chemicals;
Able to lift, carry, push, and pull housekeeping equipment, furniture, linen carts, and other heavy items as required;
Comply with hotel SOPs, hygiene, and workplace safety standards;
Perform any other duties assigned by Management.
Previous housekeeping or hotel experience is an advantage;

Basic communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and/or English;
Physically fit and able to perform manual work;
Able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, squat, and climb stairs for extended periods;
Good attention to detail and cleanliness;
Responsible, honest, and able to work independently and as part of a team;
Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
