Job summary

Urban Inn Sdn Bhd in Cyberjaya, Malaysia is seeking a diligent housekeeping associate to clean and tidy guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas following hotel standards.

You will change linens, restock amenities, vacuum, report maintenance needs, ensure health and safety compliance, and assist with laundry while providing excellent guest service on request.

Responsibilities

• Clean and tidy guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas according to hotel standards.
• Change bed linens, replace towels, and restock guest room amenities.
• Vacuum carpets, mop floors, and dust furniture.
• Dispose of trash and ensure waste separation for recycling.
• Report any maintenance issues, damages, or lost and found items to the supervisor.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Follow housekeeping checklists and schedules.
• Attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness.
• Assist in laundry services, including washing, drying, and folding linens if required.
• Provide excellent customer service if guests request additional services or supplies.
