• Responsible, organised and able to work independently.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays when required.
• Willing to work at Sekinchan, Selangor.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel.
• Ensure smooth operations and maintain high standards of service and guest experience.
• Manage and supervise hotel departments and staff.
• Monitor room operations, housekeeping, maintenance and front office activities.
• Handle guest feedback, complaints and operational issues.
• Monitor manpower, operating costs and overall hotel performance.
• Ensure compliance with Company SOPs, safety, hygiene and service standards.
• Coordinate with different departments to ensure efficient hotel operations.
• Conduct staff training, performance monitoring and manpower planning.
• Prepare operational reports and provide regular updates to Management.
• Identify areas for improvement and implement measures to enhance operational efficiency.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
