Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Business Administration or related field preferred.
• Significant experience in hotel operations across multiple departments.
• Strong leadership and strategic vision for service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership across Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Culinary, Banquets, Security, Recreation and other functions.
• Lead day-to-day hotel operations to ensure smooth, efficient and high-quality guest experiences.
• Deputize for the General Manager when required and participate in Executive Committee activities.
• Drive guest satisfaction, colleague engagement, revenue performance and cost control.
• Ensure brand standards and local regulatory compliance across all departments.
• Collaborate with Heads of Department to develop and implement the annual business plan.
