Jora Malaysia in Kuala Lumpur City Centre is seeking a Hotel Operation Assistant to join our team on a full-time basis. You will be at the heart of front office and guest services, supporting daily hotel operations and delivering guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in hotel operations, front office, or guest services roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for delivering excellent customer service.
• Ability to multitask effectively and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in hotel management systems and general computer applications.
• Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping and documentation.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries
• Supporting the coordination of housekeeping, maintenance, and other hotel departments to ensure efficient service delivery
• Responding to guest requests and resolving issues promptly and professionally
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation of guest information and operational activities
• Assisting with room allocation and managing the availability status of rooms
• Supporting the organisation of hotel events and special services for guests
• Helping with administrative tasks related to guest services and operations
• Ensuring compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations
