Jora Malaysia is seeking an Operations Supervisor to assist the Operations Manager in daily hotel operations across Front Office, Housekeeping, and Maintenance. You will supervise teams, uphold service standards, and promptly address guest concerns while ensuring safety, cleanliness, and quality of service.
Ideal candidates hold a Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management, with 2–3 years in hotel operations, showcasing leadership and strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

This role involves assisting the Operations Manager in overseeing daily hotel operations and operational departments, supervising Front Office, Housekeeping, and Maintenance teams, and ensuring excellent guest service and operational standards.
Assist the Operations Manager in overseeing daily hotel operations and operational departments.
Supervise and support Front Office, Housekeeping, and Maintenance teams to ensure smooth operations.
Ensure excellent guest service and promptly handle guest concerns and operational issues.
Monitor hotel standards, SOPs, safety procedures, cleanliness, and service quality.
Assist with recruitment, hiring, training, coaching, and development of operational staff.
Support Front Office operations, including Duty Manager / Front Desk coverage when required.
Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas together with Housekeeping and Maintenance.
Monitor and follow up on Preventive Maintenance and Deep Cleaning programmes.
Prepare and submit operational reports and ensure deadlines are met.
Conduct and participate in departmental meetings and staff briefings.
Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field.
Minimum 2–3 years of relevant hotel operations experience, preferably in a supervisory or managerial role.
Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia; additional languages are an advantage.
Customer focused, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced hotel environment.
Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.
