Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• Minimum 3 years HR experience, preferably full-spectrum HR and payroll.
• Hands-on monthly payroll processing experience required.
• Ensure compliance with Malaysian labour laws and regulations.
• Hospitality industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee day-to-day HR operations and functions.
• Handle full recruitment process: sourcing, interviewing, selection and onboarding.
• Manage and process monthly payroll, including salary, overtime, allowances and deductions.
• Ensure payroll is processed accurately and on time.
• Maintain employee records, attendance, leave and HR documentation.
• Handle employee relations, disciplinary matters and staff inquiries.
• Prepare HR-related documents and reports.
• Coordinate staff training, development and engagement activities.
• Develop, implement and maintain HR policies and procedures.
