Job summary

FA SIGNATURE GLOBAL is seeking a proactive Human Resource professional to support HR operations in Malaysia. You will ensure policies are followed, manage payroll data, attendance, and staff records, while coordinating training and development programs.

The role involves monitoring KPI, handling onboarding, and maintaining SOPs to uphold a high-performing, confidential work environment. The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or Bachelor in HR/Business Admin, with at least 2 years in retail HR, and

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Retail HR experience is preferred (minimum 2 years).
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with employees at all levels.
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality.
• Willingness to learn, adaptable, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Ensure company policies, procedures, and guidelines are implemented and adhered to.
• Provide support in payroll processing, including data preparation and verification.
• Monitor and manage staff attendance, leave records, and HR documentation.
• Assist in planning, coordinating, and supporting training programs.
• Support staff career development through structured training and learning initiatives.
• Monitor KPI and assist in disciplinary matters per policy.
• Coordinate recruitment activities including onboarding and training of new employees.
• Prepare and maintain employee records and staff profiles.
• Ensure SOPs are followed within the store and organization.
