menumiz Sdn. Bhd. in Malaysia is seeking a Sales Manager to lead B2B SaaS sales for the hospitality sector, building a high-performing team and expanding adoption of the menumiz platform across restaurants and cafes.

You will own sales strategy, pipeline management, forecasting, and revenue growth, coaching a results-driven team to win complex deals, while collaborating with onboarding, product, and marketing to ensure a superior customer experience.

Formación

• 5+ years total professional sales experience.
• 4+ years in B2B SaaS sales management or sales leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in related field.
• Hospitality tech experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Build and lead a high-performing B2B sales team in Malaysia.
• Set targets, KPIs, and forecast revenue growth.
• Manage pipeline and coach on opportunities to close complex deals.
• Collaborate with onboarding, product, marketing and support teams.
• Represent the company at meetings and industry events.
• Drive adoption of menumiz platform across the hospitality market.
