Job summary

Supy in Malaysia is seeking an Account Executive to drive new business growth across the region. You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, delivering tailored demos and proposals to restaurant groups.

You will collaborate with Marketing, Implementation, and Revenue Operations to ensure smooth handovers and maximize upsell opportunities, while maintaining CRM records and reporting on pipeline performance.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally within F&B, hospitality, or SaaS.
• Ability to manage the full sales cycle end-to-end.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify potential restaurant partners through outbound research, calls, and digital outreach.
• Own the full sales cycle from initial outreach to contract signature.
• Deliver tailored product demos and proposals based on client needs.
• Collaborate with Implementation and Revenue Operations teams for seamless post-sale handover.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers across target accounts.
• Maintain consistent follow-ups and nurture prospects throughout the sales cycle.
• Represent Supy in client meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of pipeline, activities, and deal stages in the CRM.
