Role requires deep industry knowledge, KPI proficiency, and a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. English and Mandarin proficiency are essential to engage diverse customers and events.

Qualifications

• Proven track record as a successful sales manager in hospitality technology with targets met or exceeded.
• Deep knowledge of the hospitality industry and its operational challenges.
• Proficient with KPI models and data-driven sales optimization.
• Experience using CRM tools to manage pipeline and forecast accurately.

Responsibilities

• Develop sales strategies for hospitality market, identify target customers, and position the POS SaaS as the preferred solution.
• Lead and mentor the sales team, set targets, monitor performance, and drive revenue growth.
• Cultivate relationships with key decision-makers and tailor solutions to client needs.
• Conduct market research and stay ahead of industry trends and competitors.
• Implement KPI tracking, report to senior management, and optimize the sales process.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and support to ensure a seamless customer journey.
