Job summary

Smartdeer Services Centre is seeking a Sales Manager for Hospitality Tech / SaaS with a remote role in Malaysia. You will drive B2B software sales, manage the full sales cycle, and target hotel groups, independent hotels, OTA suppliers, and channel partners.

You will build a strong local network, interact with MAH, and analyze market trends to stay ahead of competitors. Fluent Mandarin and English are essential; Malay is a plus. A Diploma/Bachelor's degree or above is preferred.

Qualifications

3–5 years of B2B software/SaaS or Hospitality Tech sales with a proven close record.
Solid understanding of PMS, RMS, OTA expansion, or hotel tech channels.
Experience with hotel groups or tech agencies is preferred.
Fluent in Mandarin and English; Malay a plus.
Self-motivated with a hunter mentality.
Willing to travel frequently across Malaysia.

Responsibilities

Drive B2B software/SaaS sales in the Malaysian market.
Independently manage full sales cycle from lead gen to close.
Develop and maintain relationships with hotel groups, OTA suppliers and partners.
Build a strong local network, including MAH, and attend industry events.
Gather and analyze local market trends, customer needs, and competitors.
Represent Malaysia as frontline liaison to HQ teams.
