Hong Leong Industries Berhad is seeking an experienced Executive, Admin Payroll to support end-to-end HR operations and payroll across the group. The role offers exposure to the employee lifecycle, HR systems, and office administration in a dynamic corporate environment.

You will manage onboarding, records, payroll processing, statutory submissions, and HRMS data, while ensuring compliance with Malaysian labour laws.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years of experience in HR operations and payroll administration.
• Familiar with Malaysian employment legislation and payroll statutory requirements.
• Experience handling payroll independently is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of HRMS and payroll systems is an added advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and confidentiality.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Aufgaben

• Manage HR operational activities including onboarding, confirmation, transfers, and offboarding.
• Maintain accurate employee records, HR documentation, and HRMS data.
• Prepare HR letters and employment-related documents.
• Administer employee benefits, leave management, attendance records, and other HR processes.
• Process monthly payroll accurately and ensure timely statutory submissions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, HRDF).
• Handle payroll reports, reconciliations, payroll enquiries, and year-end payroll activities.
• Support HR audits and ensure compliance with labour laws and internal policies.
• Assist with HRMS enhancement and system implementation activities, including data validation, testing, and user support.
• Coordinate recruitment administrative activities when required.
• Oversee general office administration, facilities coordination, vendor management, and office upkeep.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and other HR projects assigned by management.
