Job summary

Rentokil Initial is seeking a motivated Sales Admin to support the sales team in Shah Alam. You will verify sales documents, process a high volume of entries, maintain customer data in the in-house system and generate weekly/monthly sales statistics.

You will collaborate with Service and Operation teams, meet deadlines, and communicate effectively in English and Bahasa Malaysia. The role offers training, competitive base pay, and opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree holder in a related field.
• Able to meet deadlines, KPIs, and targets in a team or independent setting.
• Good communication skills with fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Proactive, flexible, and collaborative.
• Strong time management and prioritisation.

Responsibilities

• Verify sales documents received from branches per SOP.
• Process high volumes of sales entries and related changes.
• Update all sales transactions in the system.
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales statistics and reconcile portfolios.
• Act as data integrity gatekeeper and ensure data accuracy.
• Maintain up-to-date customer records and ensure compliance.
• Perform ad hoc duties as required.
