Job summary

Rentokil Initial is seeking a motivated Sales Admin to join our team in Shah Alam. You will verify sales documents, process high volumes of entries, and maintain data accuracy in our in-house system. Training and support from Service and Operation teams accompany your role, with opportunities for career growth.

The ideal candidate holds a diploma or degree, communicates fluently in English and Bahasa Malaysia, and works effectively to meet deadlines while delivering results.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma/Degree holder in related field.
• Ability to work to deadlines, KPI's and meet targets while working as a team and independently.
• Good communication skills and the ability to communicate fluently.
• Ability to take initiative, be flexible and work collaboratively.
• Ability to prioritize tasks with effective time management.
• Customer oriented and results driven.

Responsibilities

• Performing sales documents verification once received from branches as per Company SOP.
• Performing HIGH VOLUMES of new sales entries, contract repackaging, terminations, reductions, trials, conversions, fixed contract renewals, price increases and invoice frequency changes.
• Performing every sales entries transaction update.
• Maintain weekly & monthly Sales Statistics reports and Portfolio Reconciliation accuracy.
• Be a compliance gatekeeper, verifying data integrity and data received.
• Maintain databases by keeping customer records up to date and compliant.
• Ensure all data is input onto the in-house system accurately and efficiently.
• Any ad hoc duties assigned from time to time.
