Job summary

Rentokil Initial is seeking a motivated Sales Admin to support the sales team in Shah Alam. You will verify sales documents, process a high volume of entries, maintain customer data in the in-house system and generate weekly/monthly sales statistics.

You will collaborate with Service and Operation teams, meet deadlines, and communicate effectively in English and Bahasa Malaysia. The role offers training, competitive base pay, and opportunities for career growth.

Responsibilities

• Verify sales documents received from branches per SOP.
• Process high volumes of sales entries and related changes.
• Update all sales transactions in the system.
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales statistics and reconcile portfolios.
• Act as data integrity gatekeeper and ensure data accuracy.
• Maintain up-to-date customer records and ensure compliance.
• Perform ad hoc duties as required.

We are looking for a motivated, dynamic Sales Admin to join our team.

To help to achieve this, we will provide you with a competitive base salary and career opportunities. You will also be given full product training, with hands on assistance from Service and Operation Team.

In this role you will be responsible for:

• Performing sales documents verification once received from branches as per Company SOP.
• Performing HIGH VOLUMES of new sales sales entries, contract repackaging, terminations, reduction, trial, conversion, fixed contract renewal, price increase, invoice frequency changes and other sales related documents.
• Performing every sales entries transaction update.
• Perform & maintains weekly & monthly Sales Statistics report, Portfolio Reconciliation accuracy.
• Be a compliance gatekeeper, not only responsible for data entries, but also for verifying the integrity of data received.
• Maintaining our databases by ensuring customer records and details are up to date while ensuring compliance.
• Ensure all data is input onto the in-house system accurately and efficiently.
• Any ad hoc duties assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will possess:

• Minimum Diploma/Degree holder in related field
• Ability to work to deadlines, KPI's and meet targets while working as a team and independently
• Good communication skills and has the ability to communicate fluently
• Ability to take initiative, be flexible and work collaboratively
• Ability to prioritize tasks with effective time management
